While Chessbase programs produce the best graphical user interface, Rybka is perhaps the future of computer chess because of the chess knowledge that is combined into the computer software that produced the program. The problem with most chess programs is that the positional knowledge of grandmasters is not incorporated into the evaluation function of the chess engine. Rybka is programmed by professional chess players and has been on the top of the ranking list for computer chess engines for quite some time. In the future, chess computers will implement some of the positional knowledge of grandmasters while developing increased tactical strength because of advances in computer technology. The following game below was completed on a 4 core, 2.4 ghz processor. It is clear that in the future, computer chess will evolve to the point that most humans will not be able to distinguish the positional advantage they have gained through minute calculations. They will follow Steinitz's principle of the accumulation of small advantages!

White to Play and Win: Rybka is already in a winning position, but what tactic should Rybka use against Shredder here to finish off Shredder?
